DBY Electric Operated Diaphragm Pump for Circulation
1. Product description
DBY electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump which has made breakthrough in diaphragm material. The pump is applicable to petrochemical, ceramic, metallurgy and other industries. The main feature of this pump is not to fill the water diversion.Particle diameter of 10 mm or less and mud can pass through easily. On account of that the transferred medium separated from drive mechanism by diaphragm, so the medium with no leakage, and the pump itself has no shaft seal, greatly prolonging the service life. The diaphragm can be classified as chlorinated rubber, fluorine rubber, buna-n rubber etc. according to different medium, and meet the requirements of users.
2. Features
1,No need to fill the water diversion
2,Good pass through performance, particle diameter of 10 mm or less and mud can pass through easily
3,On account of that the transferred medium separated from drive mechanism by diaphragm, so the medium with no leakage, and the pump itself has no shaft seal, greatly prolonging the service life. The diaphragm can be classified as chlorinated rubber, fluorine rubber, buna-n rubber ,PTFE, teflon(F46) according to different medium, and meet the requirements of users.
4,The medium of flow part can be classified as cast iron, stainless steel, rubber liner, and aluminum alloy according to users' different requirements. The motor can be classified as common motor, explosion-proof motor, gear motor and electromagnetic speed regulating motor.

4. Notice
1,Correct selection of diaphragm
The main part of DBY type electric diaphragm pump is diaphragm. Correct selection of diaphragm for the purpose of half the work with double results. When you place an order to be marked the nature of the medium, in order to be equipped with different diaphragm by factory. There are the following types of diaphragm:
(1)NBR diaphragm: mainly used for oil resistance occasions.
(2)Chlorinated rubber5031# specially made by our company: mainly used for acetone resistance and acid ,alkali.
(3)Fluorine rubber6021#specially made by our company: mainly used for high temperature of 150ºC,corrosion and toluene resistant. But the price is higher than diaphragm.
(4)Food rubber specialized in transferring food and drink.
2, Matters need attention
(1)The outlet of DBY type electric diaphragm pump is prohibited to install valve; To install the valve in the outlet, working pressure shall not exceed 4 kg, so as not to cause damage.
(2)It should be timely refueling to ensure the normal operation of lubrication system.
(3)The ambient temperature of electric diaphragm pump in use is less than 40ºC,and the motor temperature should not exceed 75ºC.
(4)The transferred medium and its temperature within the allowable range of pump material.
(5)It should be cleaned and discharged sendiments in the pump after use when transporting the liquid which is easy precipitated and crystallized.
