Low pressure centrifugal pump / process pump
Characteristics
1. The structure is horizontal with the same dimensions of inlet and outlet calibers in the same centerline; It can be installed in the pipeline as valve with compact, shapely, small area and low construction cost. It also can be used out of the door if it is installed with protective cover.
2. Impeller is installed on electrical machine's extended shaft with short axial dimensions and impact structure. Pumps are matched in reason with electrical machine's impellers. Radial and impeller load are well balanced during the process of transporting which makes sure it can go steadily with small vibration and voice-saving.
3. Axial seal adopts machinery sealing or the combination of machinery seal and titanium alloys sealing ring, medium-sized heat-resistant machinery seal and adopting horniness material, wearable seal in order to protract the using time of machinery seal.
4. In the part of installing and repairing, no need to tear down pipeline system. The rotor parts can be easily drew out if only taking down the pump nut.
5. Operating style can be decided by requirement on runoff and height.
6. According to the position of pipeline to decide to choose the installing method: Upright and square.
Usage
ISWB chemical centrifugal pump stainless of steel and explosion-protection applies to transport flammable chemical liquid.
Working Condition
1. Suction Pressure≤ 1.0 MPa, or the Max Working Pressure≤ 1.6 MPa, namely Suction Pressure uniting Height ≤ 1.6 MPa, Testing Static Pressure of pump is 2.5 MPa; Please give clear indication of system's working pressure. Please note it if the system's max working pressure is larger than 1.6 MPa
2. Working Temperature<40º C, relative humidity<95%.
3. The whole solid's volume of Medium should smaller than 0.1% of unit volume, granularity <0.2mm.
Note:
If the using media contain tiny solid, please indicate when ordering, or the suppliers can adopt wearable machinery seal.
